Behavioral Health Case Manager

 Child Health Investment Partnership (CHIP) has a position opening for a grant funded Behavioral Health Case Manager.  The program will provide home-based behavioral health case management and parent education services to prenatal mothers and families with children ages birth to 7 yrs old.  Candidates should meet QMHP qualifications which include a minimum of a BS in a Human Services field and 1 yr of clinical experience working with at risk children and families.   The position will be 40 hrs/week, M-F with competitive salary/benefits working in a multi-disciplinary team environment. No evening or weekend work required.  Individuals must be able to work independently. Criminal background check, CPS registry check and drug screening required.
